Description
Registered Radiologic Technologist / Ultrasound Technologist (Dual Modality)
Required Certifications & Licensure
- Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) required.
- ARDMS certification in General Ultrasound required, including:
- Abdomen
- Small Parts
- OB/GYN
- Vascular
- Current applicable state licensure (if required by facility/state regulations).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or required
Required Experience
- Experience performing both general radiography and diagnostic ultrasound required.
- Must be proficient in:
- Abdomen, OB/GYN, Small Parts, and Vascular ultrasound
- General diagnostic X-ray exams
- Echocardiography (Echo) experience is a plus but not required.
Equipment Experience
- GE Optima portable X-ray system
- GE Proteus X-ray system with Konica Minolta DR panels
- GE LOGIQ 10 Ultrasound system
