Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)
Certification: LCSW or MSW ( Must Have California Licence)
Must Have California Licence
Charting System: Required, Epic
Patient Ratios: Days 1:25
Weekend REQ: typically one full weekend per 4 weeks, subject to dept. need
Years of experience 2-year acute medical Social Work experience performing both roles of Social work and discharge planning
