Location: Fairmont, WV
Shift: 8 am - 4:30 pm  
Days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri
Job Type: Contract (14 Weeks with the possibility of extension)

Position Summary: 

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and helping individuals improve mobility, manage pain, and restore function. You will work closely with patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals and enhance their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patients’ physical conditions and functional limitations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Requirements:

• Active State Physical Therapist License
• 1 year of experience required - PT
• BLS from AHA.
• COVID card or Medical / Religious Exemption.
