🩺 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive ICU nursing care to critically ill patients
• Perform full patient assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer and titrate critical medications per protocol
• Monitor ventilated and high-acuity patients
• Document all care accurately in compliance with hospital standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary ICU care teams
• Provide patient and family education during critical illness
• Float within scope based on hospital needs  

🎯 Required Qualifications

• Active RN License (CO or Compact)
• Minimum 1+ year ICU experience (required)
• Strong recent acute care/critical care background
• BLS (AHA) – Required
• ACLS (AHA) – Required
• NIHSS – Required
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently in ICU settings
