💰 Weekly Hours & Schedule
• Guaranteed 36 hrs/week
• Option to work 48 hrs/week upon request
• 12 Hour Night Shifts
• OT starts after 52 hrs on 48 hr contracts

📍 Location
Primary Facility: Henderson
Possible float to nearby Indiana campuses:
 

🚨 Float Expectations
• First to float within skillset
• 2-hour notice for cross-campus float
• Mid-shift float possible within same campus

📋 Required Certifications
Must submit with profile:
✔ Active Compact RN License
✔ AHA BLS
✔ AHA ACLS
✔ NIHSS

🩺 Patient Population
Stepdown/PCU patients including:
• Sepsis
• CHF / COPD
• DKA
• Cirrhosis
• Dementia
• Surgical Urology / Abdominal / Ortho

💉 Must-Have Skills
✔ Tele Interpretation (Tele test required)
✔ Insulin Drips
✔ Heparin Drips
✔ Cardiac Drips

⭐ Preferred Skills:
• Chest tubes & drains
• Blood administration
• BiPap
• Stable vents
• CBI
• PIV insertion

• Ratios:

• SDU Nights: 1:5-6
• Tele Nights: 1:6

📌 Important Candidate Notes
• Navy Blue Scrubs only
• No competing hospital/agency logos
• Teaching hospital – may precept students/new hires
• 3 call-ins may result in termination
• Covid Vaccine NOT required currently (subject to change)
