Home Health Physical Therapist, Augusta, GA
Prime HealthCare Staffing, a national healthcare staffing company with over 25 years of experience, is currently seeking a licensed PT This role focuses on Home Health patients.

Position Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience required
First-time travelers welcome to apply
Patient Population: Adults & Geriatrics
Required Certification: BLS
Active GA license

Clinical Setting & Skills:

Home Health experience preferred
Strong background in PT evaluations, documentation, orthopedics, and neurology
Average of 6 patient visits per day
Average daily census: 80 patients
Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) preferred
