Required Skills:

• Current RN licensure in good standing
• Minimum of 2+ years of emergency department experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple urgent situations efficiently

Nice to Have Skills:

• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
• Experience with trauma and pediatric emergencies
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and environments

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred
• Prior travel or diverse clinical experience is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Must hold valid licensure and certifications required for emergency nursing
• Ability to work the scheduled shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, including potential overtime or schedule flexibility based on clinical needs
• Physical stamina to handle demanding shifts and emergency procedures
