• Provide direct nursing care for cardiac Med/Surg patients
• Monitor telemetry and assess cardiac status
• Administer medications and treatments per care plan
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams  
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Support patient education and discharge planning 

🎯 Required Qualifications

• Active RN License (TN or Compact)
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience required
• Med/Surg or cardiac experience preferred
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work night shifts consistently
