Description

PT for Outpatient Sports Medicine Clinic - heavy in orthopedics
Monday to Thursday 4x9s (hours worked will fall between 7am and 6pm); Friday 1x4 (will work within 7am-3pm)
TX state license in hand and BLS required

12 visits per day or 60 visits per week. < 15% cancellation rate > 3 units per visit. Documentation completed within 24 hours. Typical week: 50-60 visits 6-10 evals Current unit staffing: 5 PTs 2 PTAs 1 PRN PT 1 PRN PTA 8 PT Technicians
