This Medical Center is a well-established acute care facility known for its collaborative nursing culture and strong interdisciplinary support. The Medical Surgical unit provides care for a diverse adult patient population requiring a broad clinical skill set and strong critical thinking.

🩺 Patient Population & Unit Details

• Adult Medical Surgical patients
• Post-operative care, chronic disease management, and acute medical conditions
• Strong support from techs and ancillary staff
• Meditech EMR system
• High teamwork environment with focus on patient-centered care 

🧠 Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years RN experience
• Strong Med-Surg background required
• Ability to manage multiple patient assignments safely
• Strong assessment, prioritization, and time management skills
• Experience with post-surgical and medical patients preferred 

🎓 Required Certifications

• Active RN License (TN or Compact)
• BLS (AHA) – Required
