Registered Nurse (RN) Long-Term Care (LTC) Contract Opportunity
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a long-term care (LTC) contract assignment located approximately 1 Hour North of Grand Island, Nebraska.
Position Details
- Role: Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care
- Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (36 hours/week)
- Contract Type: LTC staffing contract
Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience
- Prior experience with PointClickCare (PCC) charting system
- Ability to provide at least 2 professional references
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced LTC environment
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to LTC residents
- Administer medications and treatments per care plans
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in PCC
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to providers
- Collaborate with CNA staff and interdisciplinary care teams
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations
- Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life
