GHR Healthcare is seeking an EEG Tech for a full-time contract opportunity in Cape May Court House, New Jersey! Location: Cape May Court House, NJ 08210 Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00am-4:00pm Contract Length: 13 Weeks Travel Pay: $2,086 weekly gross Local Pay: $48/hourPosition Requirements:<ul><li>ABRET Certification REQUIRED<ul><li>Will consider candidates with 10+ years of EEG experience in lieu of certification</li></ul></li><li>Minimum 2 years of EEG Tech experience</li><li>EPIC experience required</li><li>Graduate of an accredited EEG program</li><li>CPR certification required</li><li>Must be comfortable working independently</li><li>Must be experienced with the 10-20 measurement system for EEG hookup and placement</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform EEG procedures in accordance with ASET standards and department policies</li><li>Complete routine EEGs, ambulatory EEGs, long-term monitoring, and Smartskans</li><li>Prepare and educate patients prior to procedures</li><li>Navigate and document within EPIC EMR</li><li>Collaborate with Neurologists regarding patient testing and interpretation needs</li><li>Maintain and troubleshoot EEG equipment</li><li>Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain department standards</li><li>Assist within the cardiac services department as needed</li></ul>Unit Overview:<ul><li>Neuro department consisting of 2 Neurologists and 1 EEG Tech</li></ul>Interested candidates can text or call Trisha at for more details!
