Adult Psych RN – Lewiston, ME

Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 06/08/2026
Schedule: 3x12-Hour Day Shifts

Job Requirements

Education & Certifications:

Associate’s Degree in Nursing required
Active Maine RN License required
BLS Certification required
CPI Training required
Must be willing to float to Chemical Dependency/Detox

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of previous nursing experience required
1–3 years of experience working with adult psychiatric patients preferred

Required Skills:

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, providers, and coworkers
Ability to work in stressful situations and manage stress appropriately
Strong professional boundaries
Dedicated team player with a positive attitude
Self-directed and able to remain productive during downtime
