Description
Position: Risk Manager
Facility: Adventist - Corporate Office
Location: One Adventist Health Way, Roseville, CA 95661
Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 06/01/2026
Shift: 5x8 Days
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
PR: $40/Hour on W2 + $1500/Weekly
Gross Weekly: $3100
Key Responsibilities
- Manages and oversees the Risk Management Program for the organization.
- Develops and implements appropriate measures to identify/minimize the risk of injury to patients, visitors and staff, and to minimize loss/damage to property.
- Responds to all patients/visitors complaints/concerns that cannot be dealt with at the unit level and takes appropriate corrective action.
- Supervises/directs the activities of various levels of assigned personnel using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment.
Requirements
- OnSite at Glendale, Day Shift M-F, 8hrs day, 5 days per week. Preferred but not required CPHRM, Experience in Risk Management
- Minimum around 5 years ka relevant technical experience
- At least 1 year leadership/supervisory experience preferred
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Patient Safety Manager
- Quality & Risk Coordinator
- Clinical Risk Specialist
- Healthcare Compliance/Risk professional
