Requirements/Experience: **Must have at least 12 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years
Schedule: 20 hours per week (2-3 days each week)
Territory: Walla Walla County, lower part of Columbia Co and into Umatilla County 60 miles. They would be assigned to a geographic team, and work with a manager and an interdisciplinary team.
Length of Contract: 13 weeks
