🕒 Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3x12s)
⏱️ Guaranteed Hours: 36/week

🏥 Unit Overview – 5 West Progressive Care Unit

🛏️ 34–35 Bed PCU (Telemetry Monitored)
❤️ Centralized Cardiac Monitoring Department
👩‍⚕️ Strong interdisciplinary support:
- IV Team, Respiratory, PT, Pharmacy, Rapid Response
🧠 Patient Population:
- Stroke (backup), Sepsis, Renal, GI, Endocrine, Hematology

🩺 Key Responsibilities

Cardiac telemetry monitoring & dysrhythmia interpretation
Manage and titrate cardiac & vasoactive drips
Provide respiratory care (BiPAP/CPAP, HFNC, trach care)
IV therapy, PICC/central line management
Stroke and complex medical patient care
Maintain high-quality patient care in a fast-paced PCU setting

✅ Must-Have Requirements

✔️ 2+ Years PCU Experience (Required)
✔️ Experience with 1:5 ratios
✔️ Strong cardiac telemetry background
✔️ Ability to interpret & manage dysrhythmias
✔️ Experience with drip titration
✔️ BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Required
✔️ Epic experience (preferred)
