Patient Service Representative – Cancer Center (Berwyn, PA)

Assignment Dates: 6/15/2026 – 9/19/2026 (14 weeks)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $20–$21/hr

About the Role

A leading Cancer Center in Berwyn, PA is seeking a compassionate and dependable Patient Service Representative (PSR) to support front‑desk operations and patient flow. This role requires someone who is patient, kind, and comfortable working closely with oncology patients.

Candidates must live within a 30‑minute commute of the practice.

This Cancer Center provides comprehensive care to patients undergoing cancer treatment. Ideal candidates will be:

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Operations — patient check‑in and check‑out
• Appointment Scheduling for new and returning patients
• Phone Support — answering incoming calls and placing outbound calls
• Supporting daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth patient flow
• Providing a warm, welcoming experience for patients and families

Requirements

• 1+ years of Patient Service Representative (PSR) experience
• EPIC experience preferred
• High school diploma required
• Must be able to commute to Berwyn, PA within 30 minutes
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills
• Ability to remain calm, kind, and professional in sensitive situations
