Job Title: Surgical Technologist
Location: Concord, NC 28025
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 12hr Day Shift – 36 hours (07:00 AM – 07:00 PM)
Neuro Spine Experience Required
About Facility:
- 920 Church St N, Concord, NC 28025
- 457 licensed beds
- Level III Trauma Center
- Stroke Center of Excellence
- Bariatric Center of Excellence
- Chest Pain Center
Department Information:
- 19 OR suites (17 blocked rooms)
- Average 50 surgical cases per day
- Advanced Spine Surgery Certified facility
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years Surgical Tech experience required
- First-time travelers not accepted
- BLS required
- Surgical Tech certification preferred but not required
- Strong Neuro Spine experience required

- Experience scrubbing complex Neuro Spine and multi-specialty procedures
- Strong sterile technique knowledge

Floating Requirements:
- None
Orientation:
- NEO Orientation
- 2 departmental orientation days
Scheduling Details:
- Every 4th weekend rotation
- Weekend coverage may be scheduled shift or call
- Average 6 call shifts per 6-week schedule
- 45-minute response time required for call
- Travelers work 75% of holidays
- 6-week schedule cycle
- RTO subject to manager approval
