- Number of Beds -240 bed facility
- Number of Staff – 15 RT staff
- Type of staff:
- Day Shift – Minimum staffing of 3
- Night Shift – Minimum staffing of 3
- Patient Ratios – 30-40 points average per shift
- Type of equipment – PB 840 ventilators in ICU
- EMR - Meditech
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
- Minimum of 6 months current acute care hospital RRT experience
- BLS, ACLS, NRP & PALS
- CRT or NBRC
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
- Prior Meditech experience
- PICU Experience
- NICU experience
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
- Administer treatments, Ventilator set up, assist intubation, ABG, Patient/Staff education, ALL RT therapies
- ED,PEDS,ICU,NICU,MED SURG

Flexible scheduling. RT plays a key role in NICU and ICU in terms of therapy and ventilator liberation. Autonomy required.
