We are seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN for a 13-week travel/contract assignment in an Outpatient Clinic setting in Rochester, NY.

This is a full-time day shift role (5x8s, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM) with 40 guaranteed hours per week, along with rotating Saturday shifts (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM). 

The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient or urgent care settings and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key responsibilities include performing 12-lead EKGs, blood glucose testing, specimen collection, medication administration (IM, SQ, oral), vaccine administration, simple dressing changes, and vital sign monitoring. Additional duties involve telephone triage, patient intake and history documentation, medication reconciliation, lab result interpretation, and coordinating pharmacy refill requests. Experience with pediatric and ambulatory care is preferred, along with proficiency in EPIC EMR.

Candidates must hold a current LPN/LVN license and BLS/CPR certification. Strong communication skills, flexibility, independence, and reliability are essential for success in this role.
