📍 6-Week Assignment
💰 Competitive Pay | Night Shift Opportunity

🕒 Schedule:
• Tuesday – Saturday
• 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• 40 Hours Weekly

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a short-term assignment supporting residents in a long-term care setting.

✅ Requirements:
• Active LPN license
• Minimum 1+ year experience in ONE of the following:

  • Memory Care
  • Assisted Living Facility (ALF)
  • Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
  • Home Health

🌙 Ideal candidates are comfortable working overnight shifts and supporting residents with compassion, professionalism, and strong clinical judgment.

📋 Credentialing Requirements:
• Physical within last 45 days
• TB test/chest x-ray
• 10-panel drug screen (excluding marijuana)
• Background check within 30 days of start
• CHRC Clearance

💉 COVID vaccine/exemption NOT required for contract assignment.

⚡ Fast-moving need with interviews conducted IN PERSON. Start date typically within 2 weeks of offer due to credentialing.
