Description

Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing evaluations of residents
Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
Administer medications, IV therapy, wound care, and treatments as ordered
Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly notify providers
Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs
Accurately document care, assessments, and outcomes in the medical record
Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
Ensure compliance with state regulations, infection control policies, and facility procedures
Participate in admissions, discharges, and care transitions
Support quality improvement initiatives and resident safety programs
