Description
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians and healthcare teams
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and recovery
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and nursing standards
Requirements
- Active RN License
- BLS certification required
- ACLS preferred
- Minimum recent LTAC, Med Surg, Telemetry, or Critical Care experience preferred
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to fast-paced environments
