Weekly hours: 36 hrs

Job Summary: 
 

Seeking an experienced RN to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a collaborative healthcare environment. The RN will assess patient needs, implement care plans, support patient and family education, and work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes. L&D experience including antepartum, intrapartum, pre-op, circulate, and PACU is preferred.
 

Responsibilities: 

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Monitor and support mothers and newborns throughout labor and delivery
• Provide patient and family education
• Administer treatments and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff
• Serve as Charge Nurse when needed
• Float to other departments as required

Requirements:

• Current Montana RN License or compact license
• Minimum 2 years of experience required.
• BLS Certification (AHA)
• NRP Certification required
• STABLE Certification
• L&D experience preferred
• Must be willing to float to other departments as a safety companion
• Must be able to act as Charge Nurse and transition/catch nurse
