🩺 Position Details

• Role: Registered Nurse (RN) – Long Term Care
• Shift: Days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
• Schedule: 3x12s (36 hours/week)
• Start Window: Must start by August 24, 2026
• No RTO allowed during contract 

🏥 Work Setting

• Long Term Care environment
• Facility-wide support during Epic system transition
• Floating required across all departments as needed 

💼 Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to long-term care residents
• Support Epic EMR transition, ensuring accurate documentation and workflow adaptation
• Utilize Epic and Cerner systems proficiently
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain continuity of care
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols and patient safety standards 

✅ Requirements

• Active California RN License
• BLS Certification (required)
• Epic experience (minimum 6 months within last 12 months)
• Cerner experience required
• Strong adaptability in fast-paced, changing environments
