We're currently seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist in the Salisbury, MD area to work at a pediatric clinic. Qualifications: Must hold an appropriate degree in Occupational Therapy MD state license Role Overview: As an SLP, you will develop and implement treatment programs for students whose ability to communicate has been impacted by developmental differences, disabilities, or injuries. This role offers the opportunity to work with young learners in a supportive school environment while making a lasting impact on their development. Key Responsibilities:  Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients. Deliver engaging, evidence-based occupational therapy services in a clinic setting. Supervise OTA-level providers when applicable to ensure continuity of care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team to improve client outcomes holistically.
