Exciting Opportunity in the Longview, WA area: Full-time Outpatient Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist - SLP


PediaStaff is a trusted leader in pediatric therapy and educational staffing solutions, connecting passionate professionals with rewarding school-based and clinic opportunities since 2004. We're currently seeking a Pediatric SLP ($55 - $62 an hour) in the Longview, WA area.
 
Qualifications: 

• Appropriate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Washington State license
• Pediatric experience needeed

Position Details:

• Hours:    40 hours/week
• Setting:  pediatric clinic
• In-person only
• Early Intervention- Birth-3 yrs. old., majority of caseload is in home and community settings (preschools, daycares, etc.)

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conducting evaluations to assess each child's unique communication strengths and weaknesses.
• Creating plans that implement measurable, achievable, and functional goals.
• Offering treatment to enhance communication abilities through various approaches.
• Working in a comprehensive care team to address a child's specific needs.
• Informing parents and families about available treatment options and the importance of early intervention.
