Exciting Opportunity in the Alpharetta, GA area: Outpatient Speech-Language Pathologist - SLP
PediaStaff is a trusted leader in pediatric therapy and educational staffing solutions, connecting passionate professionals with rewarding school-based and clinic opportunities since 2004. We're currently seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in the Alpharetta, GA area. Salary range is $77,000-$87,000 based on experience.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders or equivalent
- GA SLP license
- Previous pediatric experience preferred
Position Details:
- Schedule: Full time and part time opportunities available, as well as 1099 per visit ($70/hour)
- Hours: open M-F, full time hours are considered 30+ per week
- Setting: outpatient pediatric clinic
- In-person only
- Daily documentation time twice daily, most tx sessions are 30 min, some feeding sessions are 60m
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients.
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based physical therapy services in a clinic setting.
- Supervise CF clinicians when applicable to ensure continuity of care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team to improve client outcomes holistically.

- Clinic offers a monthly stipend for insurance of $375 for your medical premium and $75 for reimbursables
- Monthly bonus program available based on a 78% monthly show rate; you'll add extra PTO or cash in the bank, resets monthly
- PTO includes 8 company holidays(if it's a scheduled work day) and 13 personal days
