Exciting Opportunity with PediaStaff: School Psychologist in the Seaside, OR area needed for 26-27 School Year! Hybrid available!

Qualifications: 

  • Master's degree or higher in School Psychology
  • TSPC license required
  • Minimum of two years school psychologist experience preferred
  • Experience in rural communities
  • Familiarity with PSW model for SLD identification
  • Great teamwork skills

Role Overview:
The school psychologist provides consultation, assessment and intervention services to families, staff and children with disabilities within the ESD’s specialized programs and supports component school districts. You will work with one other school psychologist. ASD Evaluations will be part of multidisciplinary team of SLP and ASD Consultant.

Job Details:   

  • Dates: August 24th 2026-June 10th 2027
  • Hours: 8am-4:30 or 7:30am-4:00pm, 20 hours weekly 
  • Hybrid schedule available, must test and observe in-person

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Administering diagnostic and curriculum-based assessments
  • Using intelligence and academic performance testing to determine student diagnoses and recommendations for specialized services
  • Observing students in various academic and social settings to gain insight and data into students' overall functioning in school
  • Providing consultative psychology services to parents and school staff as described in the IEP
