8hr Day Shift - 40 8:30am - 5pm (Monday - Friday) Description: URL: --- Description: ? About Facility:? Home Health? Radius rule: Traveler s permanent address must be 50 miles outside of home unit? Department Information:o 6 visits a day o There is not a max mileage to drive. The average is approximately 60-80 miles a day. Mileage is reimbursed weekly.o Minimum Years of Experience required? 1 year Home Healtho Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes, if seasoned to home health? Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: o All Adultso Chronic diseases, Orthopedics/Ortho Surgery including total hips/knees, falls, weaknesses, CHF, COPD, occasionally stroke patientso Teammates will travel throughout the below areas:? Albemarle, Badin, Harrisburg, Mt Gilead, Norwood, Troy and cities in between? Required License, National Certification, Certs: o Driver's License and proof of Insurance requiredo PT: BLS; State Licensure required?

Very responsive, follows up. I have had to deal with compliance, HR questions etc and if the person I spoke with did not know the answer they sent it to whoever they thought could answer my questions and my questions or concerns were followed up on! This has been my first travel contract but I can’t say anything bad thus far!!! I definitely would recommend this company
