Required Qualifications

Active RN License
Current BLS Certification required
Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience required
OASIS training and documentation experience required
Infusion therapy experience required
IV skills and wound care experience required
Skilled home care experience required
Private duty nursing experience alone will not be accepted
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required for home visits

Required Clinical Skills

Blood glucose/glucometer management
Phlebotomy and IV management
Peripheral IVs, central lines, ports, PICC/Midline care
Chest tube/PleurX drain management
Wound care and dressing management
SQ/IM injections
Foley catheter care and changes

Scheduling & Work Environment

Home visits average 6–8 patients per day
Schedule flexibility required based on office needs
Potential schedules may include:
Monday–Friday
Thursday–Monday
Friday–Tuesday
Alternating weekends required
Self-scheduling based on patient care needs
