🏥 Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift | 7 PM – 7 AM

⏰ Shift Details
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

🩺 Core RN Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing reassessments
• Develop and prioritize individualized patient care plans
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Provide direct patient care, treatments, and therapies
• Facilitate admissions, transfers, and discharge planning
• Deliver patient and family education based on care needs and comprehension level
• Monitor patient condition changes and communicate appropriately
• Delegate and oversee patient care tasks within scope of practice
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
