Facility Name: Wilson Medical Center
• Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): PT
• Specialty: Community Hospital Outpatient clinic
• Number of Openings: 1
• Shift: Days
• Weekend Hours: Coverage 1 acute care coverage weekend every 4-5weeks with flex days week before and after
• Call Requirements: N/A
• Required Certifications: NC PT License (or PT Compact License), BLS certification
• Years of Experience: 1+ years
• Float Requirements: Some coverage in acute care setting – general hospital patient population (respiratory, cardiac, CVA, ortho)

• Additional Notes: Outpatient Clinic – Monday through Friday

• Number of Beds: Acute care coverage - Average hospital census in the 90s
• Patient Ratios: N/A
• Equipment:
• EHR: Meditech (acute); WebPT (outpatient)

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Occasional older adolescent/teen; primarily Adult and Older Adult

Hiring Profile:
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Neuro and Ortho experience; Preferably some acute care experience
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Neuro, Ortho, general debility, general pain
• Personality Fit: Outgoing, able to manage fast-paced environment, full caseload

• Required Education: Graduated from PT program, current PT license
