Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Home Health experience (required)
- Strong understanding of Medicare homebound criteria
- Ability to determine primary skill needs per visit:
- Hands-on care
- Direct care
- Observation/assessment
- Education
- Medication & Evaluation (M&E)
- Strong OASIS experience required
- CRM experience preferred (HCHB or similar)
- BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
- License not required at submission
- BSN not required
