🏥 Cardiac ICU RN – Nights | 

📅 Assignment Details
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs/week

⏰ Shift Details
• 12 Hour Night Shifts
• Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

🔄 Float Expectations
• Float to all inpatient units as needed
• Primarily within Critical Care & Acute Care clusters

📞 On Call / Low Census
• Picking up call is permitted but NOT required
• If taking call, response time is 1 hour
• Contract eligible for 36 hours low census unbillable time
• Travelers may be placed on call during low census
• Callback pay applies if called back in

📋 Required Certifications
✔ WI RN License
✔ BLS
✔ ACLS
⭐ CCRN preferred but not required

✅ Experience Requirements
• Minimum 2 years Cardiac ICU experience
• MUST have experience with:
✔ Swan-Ganz Catheters
✔ IABP
✔ Post-op Hearts

💻 Charting
• EPIC preferred

🩺 Unit Information
• 12 Bed Cardiac ICU (CICU)

👩‍⚕️ Patient Population Includes
• Post-op Hearts
• Acute MI (AMI)
• Cardiogenic Shock
• Induced Hypothermia
• Basic CICU patients

📊 Patient Ratios
• CRRT: 2:1
• Impella: 1:1

⚕️ Procedures & Skills
• Frequent cardioversions
• Central lines placed & discontinued on unit
• High-acuity cardiac critical care management
