🏥 Intermediate Care RN – 
 

📅 Assignment Details
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Start Date: ASAP
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs/week

⏰ Shift Details
• 12 Hour Variable Shifts
• Days: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
• Nights: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
• Shift rotation every week or every 2 weeks

⚠️ Important Scheduling Notes:
• No block scheduling requests accepted
• Travel pairs requesting same schedule will NOT be accommodated

📍 Weekend & Holiday Requirements
• Every other weekend (Friday–Sunday)
• Every other holiday

🔄 Float Expectations
• Float to all inpatient units as needed
• Potential regional float to:
• Stevens Point
• Plover
• Divine Savior

📞 On Call / Low Census
• No standard on-call requirement
• Travelers may be placed on call for low census
• Contract eligible for 36 hours unbillable low census time
• Low census on-call hours count toward 36-hour limit
• Callback minimum: 2 hours
• Callback pay applies if called back to facility

📋 Required Certifications
✔ WI RN License
✔ BLS
✔ ACLS
⚠️ Certifications must be AHA or ARC

✅ Experience Requirements
• Minimum 2+ years experience in:
• Stepdown
• Intermediate Care
• PCU
⭐ Completed travel contract preferred but not required

💻 Charting
• EPIC experience REQUIRED

🩺 Unit Information
• 8 Bed Med Surg Intermediate Care Unit
• Telemetry Unit
• Patient Ratio: 4:1
