Cross Country Education is seeking an Occupational Therapist to lead evaluations and interventions for a diverse student population during the 2026–2027 school year in Surprise, AZ. Join us and help K-12 students build the functional skills they need to excel in their daily school life!

Position Overview:

• Evaluate fine motor, sensory-processing, and visual-motor skills to develop and implement individualized plans that support student participation and academic success.
• Formulate measurable goals for Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), maintain detailed progress notes, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Partner with teachers, staff, and parents to recommend classroom modifications, adaptive equipment, and strategies that foster an inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Master’s Degree (Highly Preferred)
• Active Arizona Occupational Therapist License
• Valid Sensory Integration Certification (Preferred)
• Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card and Driver’s License
