Director of Radiology
Location: Woodsville, NH
Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 Annually (DOE)**
Job Type: Full-Time

Overview:
Seeking an experienced Director of Radiology to lead clinical, operational, and financial performance of a multi-modality department. This leadership role focuses on driving efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day radiology operations, staffing, and scheduling
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and equipment contracts
- Ensure CMS compliance, accreditation, and patient safety standards
- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with physicians and leadership to enhance imaging services
- Drive quality initiatives and maintain survey readiness
- Mentor and develop staff; foster a patient-centered culture
- Serve as liaison to providers and the community
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of multi-modality radiology experience
- Prior leadership/management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of radiology operations and regulatory standards
- Experience in budgeting and operational oversight
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
