We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse who can step into a high-acuity environment and provide safe, independent, and effective critical care.

The ideal candidate will:

• 📊 Perform full assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
• 🚨 Respond quickly to changing patient conditions in a critical care setting
• 💉 Deliver advanced interventions while maintaining patient safety standards
• 📋 Ensure accurate and timely documentation per hospital guidelines
• 🤝 Work effectively with physicians, respiratory therapy, and interdisciplinary teams
• 🔄 Be flexible to float within ICU-related needs as required

🎯 Required Qualifications

• 🩺 Active RN License (Compact or State)
• ❤️BLS (AHA) required
• 🧠 ICU experience strongly preferred
• 🏥 Prior acute care or critical care experience required
