Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide inpatient pharmacy services in a critical access hospital setting
• Support ICU, L&D, Medical/Surgical, and Emergency Department units
• Review medication orders and ensure safe medication dispensing
• Work independently during weekend coverage
• Maintain accurate medication documentation and compliance standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff to optimize patient care
• Utilize pharmacy systems and automated dispensing technology efficiently
Equipment & EMR:
• EMR: Meditech
• Omnicell experience preferred
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of current hospital pharmacist experience required
• 2–5 years total experience preferred
• Critical Access Hospital experience highly preferred
• Previous travel experience highly preferred
• Meditech experience highly preferred
• Omnicell experience preferred
• Active AHA BLS Certification required
• New Hampshire Pharmacist License required (can apply at time of offer)
• Pharmacist skills checklist and supervisory reference required
