Facility & Unit Details
- 309-bed hospital
- MRI department located on 1st floor of main hospital
- Small team environment with 3 staff members
- Patient ratio: 1:1
- Equipment: GE Explorer Lift Signa 1.5T
- EMR: Meditech
Requirements
- Must be able to work independently
- Strong patient care and MRI safety knowledge required
- Radiologist available for support/questions
- Preferred:
- Ability to adapt MRI protocols based on patient or physician needs
- Willingness to learn new procedures and software updates
Common Exams & Procedures
- Neuro MRIs and MRAs (head, neck, spine)
- Abdominal MRIs/MRAs including liver, kidneys, aorta, MRCP
- MSK exams and arthrograms
