Requirements:

Active Audiologist State License required
BLS Certification required
Experience in ENT/Audiology required
Must be able to work Day Shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
40 hrs/week commitment required
Traveler experience preferred
Candidate must meet all compliance requirements before start date
