Description

ICU RN - Hazard KY

2 plus yrs of recent ICU experience required. Must have 3-6 months of Level IV Trauma or above experience. Meditech EMR. 1:2 ratios.

AHA BLS & AHA ACLS, NIH required; must also have KY or compact license.
Float required within scope of practice; every other weekend required.

Shift Information: Night (3x12 Hours) 19:00 7:30 / Night (4x12 Hours) 19:00 7:30

Schedule Requirement: Must be willing to accept an 84 hours per two weeks Scheduling (one-week 3x12, next week 4x12).

DISCLOSURE: ALL Facilities work a Schedule of 36/48 hours bi-weekly

Blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated.
