Weekend Rotation Every other weekend

Unit Information
- Unit: 2nd Floor ICU / Critical Care
- Beds: 17
- Ratios:
- RN: 1:2 (acuity-based)
- CNA: 1:8 days | 1:17 nights
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of ICU experience required
- First-time travelers accepted with 3+ years ICU experience
- CRRT (NxStage) experience preferred
Required Certifications

Candidates should have strong experience with:
- Ventilator & trach management
- Invasive lines:
- A-line
- CVP
- Swan-Ganz
- Drains/tube management
- Foley management
- Chest tubes
- Post-surgical recovery
- Post-cath patients
- Fresh hearts (preferred)
- CVVH
- Balloon Pumps
- CRRT (NxStage)

- Stroke with TPA

Surgical

- Fem-pop bypass

- Post-cath (radial approach)
- AAA
- Amputations
No complex neuro patients; post TNK/TPA only
Support Staff
- Intensivist coverage 24/7
- RT available 24/7
- ICU Pharmacist (days)
- Charge RN (may take assignment)
- Unit Secretary: 0700–1930
- Educator support
- Phlebotomy team
- Bedside telemetry monitoring
