We are actively hiring experienced ICU Registered Nurses for a high-priority EPIC conversion project in Bakersfield, CA. This is a short-term, high-paying opportunity with guaranteed hours during the contract period, perfect for nurses with strong ICU and EMR experience.
📍 Position Details
- Role: RN – ICU
- Location: Bakersfield, CA
- Facility: Acute Care Hospital (EPIC Conversion Project)
- Contract Length: 8 Weeks (08/03/2026 – 09/26/2026)
- Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
- Schedule: 36 hrs/week (12-hour shifts)

✅ Requirements
- Active California RN License
- BLS & ACLS Certifications (Required)
- Experience with Balloon Pump & Impella
- Recent EPIC experience (within last 12 months – minimum 6 months required)
- Cerner experience also required
- Must be proficient in both EMR systems
⚠️ Important Notes
- No RTO allowed during the contract
- Must be available to start by 08/24/2026
- Orientation Dates: August 3rd or August 17th
- Guaranteed hours apply for first 8 weeks only
