Description

Pay Bifurcation:
Total Taxable: $913.00
Total Non-Taxable: $1,687.00
Total Gross: $2,600.00.

Job Description:
Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3x12 (36 hours week).

Experience Required:
Experience with hospice case management required.
Experience providing hospice care in a home setting required.

Required Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)
BLS (AHA) required.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience with rural travel preferred.
Experience with McKesson/Netsmart EMR preferred.
