Duration: 12 weeks
Location: Hershey, PA 17033
Travel Pay Rate: (above 50 miles)
Hourly: $33.5/hr W2 + $1,575/week (non - taxable stipend)
Gross: $3,317/weekly.

Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) – ER I provides emergency nursing care to patients with acute illnesses, injuries, and trauma in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting. Responsible for patient assessment, triage, treatment coordination, and delivering safe, high-quality emergency care under the guidance of senior clinical staff.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform triage assessments and prioritize patient care based on acuity
- Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and patient conditions
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency treatments as prescribed
- Assist physicians during emergency procedures and trauma care
- Respond quickly to medical emergencies and critical situations
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately in EMR/EHR systems
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions
- Maintain infection control and patient safety standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams in emergency care delivery
- Support patient transport, admissions, and discharge processes
Required Qualifications:
- Active State license of PA or multistate.
- Atleast 3 years of RN ER experience.*
- EPIC experience.
- ACLS,BLS, PALS (required)
