Description
Phlebotomist – Full-Time Nights | White Plains, NY
Position: Phlebotomist
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (including holidays)
Shift: Nights
💰 Pay Range: $40,836 – $61,255 annually (based on experience)

We are also considering candidates for the following roles based on availability:
Part-Time – Mobile Phlebotomist (MLW)
- Sunday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Early morning schedule with consistent hours
Per Diem – Mobile Phlebotomist
- Flexible early morning shifts (approx. 5:00 AM – 8:30 AM)
Hourly Range (Part-Time/Per Diem): $19.63 – $29.45/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages (inpatient and outpatient settings)
- Ensure proper specimen identification, labeling, and handling
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation in lab systems
- Prioritize workload in a high-volume environment
- Provide excellent patient care and communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of phlebotomy experience required
- Experience in hospital or clinical setting preferred
- BLS certification required
- Phlebotomy certification preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Important Notes
- Candidates must not be currently employed at certain local health systems (screening required)
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and meet hospital onboarding requirements
- Flu vaccination required (no exemptions)
