Description

Roles and Responsbility:-

Perform rapid patient assessment and triage
Monitor vital signs and cardiac rhythms
Administer medications, IV fluids, and blood products
Start and manage IV lines
Assist with emergency and trauma procedures
Respond to cardiac arrests, strokes, and critical emergencies
Operate emergency equipment such as monitors, defibrillators, and ventilators
Provide wound care and stabilization
Document all patient care accurately in the EMR
Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge instructions
Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare staff
Maintain a calm and efficient approach in high-pressure situations

Required Certifications

BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention)
