Description

Roles and Responsbility:-
 

  • Perform rapid patient assessment and triage
  • Monitor vital signs and cardiac rhythms
  • Administer medications, IV fluids, and blood products
  • Start and manage IV lines
  • Assist with emergency and trauma procedures
  • Respond to cardiac arrests, strokes, and critical emergencies
  • Operate emergency equipment such as monitors, defibrillators, and ventilators
  • Provide wound care and stabilization
  • Document all patient care accurately in the EMR
  • Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge instructions
  • Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare staff
  • Maintain a calm and efficient approach in high-pressure situations

Required Certifications

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
  • CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention)
