Description

Cath Lab Tech – 13 Weeks Contract
Bridgeport, Connecticut

Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology – Cath Lab Tech

Key Responsibilities:

Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures including diagnostic caths, PCI, PTCA, stent placement, pacemaker insertion, and emergency STEMI cases.
Prepare access sites, perform EKG lead placement, maintain sterile field, monitor hemodynamics, and support patient care throughout procedures.
Operate fluoroscopy equipment, maintain supplies/equipment, document procedures in Epic, and participate in weekday/weekend on-call coverage.

Required Skills:

Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab Tech experience; first-time travelers accepted.
Experience with scrub role, Philips equipment, fluoroscopy, hemodynamic monitoring, left/right heart cath, pacemaker procedures, and interventional cardiac cases.
Active ARRT (R), ACLS, BLS required; state license accepted pending at submission.
